Welcome to Logo Factory. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, as well as the purchase of any custom products from us. By accessing our site, requesting a quote, approving a digital proof, or placing an order in the USA or internationally, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Logo Factory is a premier manufacturer of custom promotional products and apparel decorations. Our comprehensive catalog includes Embroidered Patches, Woven Patches, Woven Labels & Tags, and high-detail Sublimated Printing Patches. For brands seeking unique textures, we produce Leather Patches, PVC Patches, Silicone Patches & Transfers, and TPU Patches & Transfers. We also offer promotional Keychains, custom Stickers, and a selection of Ready-Made Patches.
Our advanced production capabilities allow us to utilize various techniques, including standard Flat Embroidery, premium 3D Puff Embroidery (ideal for striking 3D Puff Patches), vintage-style Chain Embroidery, and specialized methods like Lace & Water Soluble Embroidery and Tube Bead Embroidery. Because our items are custom-manufactured, we utilize a strict digital proofing process to ensure total accuracy. Once you submit your artwork, our design team will provide a digital mockup showing the colors, dimensions, and layout of your design. Your approval of this proof is a binding agreement. Once approved, the order moves immediately into production. Logo Factory is not responsible for any errors—such as spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, or sizing issues—that were present in the approved digital proof.
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to Logo Factory, you warrant that you have the legal right and authority to reproduce those materials. You agree to indemnify and hold Logo Factory harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from copyright or trademark infringement. We reserve the right to refuse production on any designs that we suspect violate third-party intellectual property rights or are deemed offensive or illegal.
All quotes provided by Logo Factory are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Pricing is determined by design complexity, dimensions, quantity, and the selected materials (e.g., woven, PVC, or leather). Full payment or an approved deposit is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Any applicable sales tax for USA customers will be calculated at checkout.
Due to the highly personalized nature of custom patch manufacturing, products have no resale value. Therefore, all sales are final once production has commenced. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for buyer's remorse or user errors in the approved proof.
If you need to cancel an order, you must do so before the digital proof is approved and production begins. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or if the final product significantly deviates from the approved digital proof, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace defective items at no additional cost.
We proudly ship across the USA and internationally. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, production times and shipping schedules are estimates, not guarantees. Logo Factory is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logo Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within our primary jurisdiction in the USA.
Because our patches are custom-made to your exact specifications, orders cannot be canceled once production begins. If you need to cancel before approving the digital proof, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Yes, you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the custom designs and logos you submit. By uploading artwork to Logo Factory, you confirm you have the legal right to reproduce it.
Due to the personalized nature of custom manufacturing, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or customer errors. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not match the approved proof, we will replace the items at no additional cost.
We provide transparent pricing on all quotes, which are valid for 30 days. Any setup fees, mold charges for PVC or silicone, or digitizing costs will be clearly outlined before you approve the final invoice.
